Orders placed from 17th December will not be dispatched until 20th January. Made-to-order products are not affected. We appreciate your understanding and patience.

Some of our products are made-to-order and this service offers a seamless way to bring Gone Wild Festival merchandise directly to your doorstep. Each item is crafted only when an order is placed, which also reduces waste. Once your order is placed, we collaborate with expert printers to produce your item, which is then carefully packaged and promptly shipped to you. Enjoy the convenience and satisfaction of receiving a product made just for you.

Please note, some items might be delivered in two separate deliveries. This is due to our made-to-order merchandise that is produced at one of our print hubs and won't be dispatched from our warehouse. Check out the product descriptions to find out which items are made-to-order.

Customs Duties, Border Taxes and Import Fees

We kindly request our valued customers to acknowledge that in certain regions, local charges may apply. Orders dispatched to countries or regions outside of the UK; these products may be subjected to taxes during shipment, such as customs duties, border taxes and import fees.

It is to be noted that the recipient of the delivery is considered the importer of record in the country of importation and holds full responsibility for all import fees incurred. As an international seller, we adhere to all relevant laws and regulations in order to ensure the smooth delivery of our products to our customers around the world.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa Delta, Maestro/Switch, Solo and Electron. This website is protected by the highest levels of SSL security and is a fully PCI-DSS Compliant site.

Made-To-Order Refunds and Exchange Policy

All made-to-order items are made to your specifications. As a result, we cannot offer exchanges. However, we do provide refunds if the clothing is returned in a saleable condition.

The notice of cancellation must be delivered before our print network receive the order for printing. Once the customer's order is in production we cannot amend items, change delivery info or cancel the order. The customer must arrange the return of goods for a refund.

The Customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the Customer does not actually return the goods to National Merchandise, the Customer is under a duty to make the goods available for collection at the Customer’s expense from the address to which they were delivered.

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We are happy to refund any item returned in a saleable condition with a valid confirmation email within 28 days of purchase.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds and Exchange Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. We are happy to exchange or refund any non made-to-order item that is returned in a saleable condition with a valid confirmation email within 28 days of purchase. If you do not have a confirmation email, we may at our discretion offer an exchange to the value of the current or most recent selling price.

If you believe your parcel is missing or lost, please notify us within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date to raise a dispute. This allows us to work with our print partners to investigate the issue and find a reasonable solution.

We are unable to process missing parcel claims submitted beyond this 14-day window. Please ensure all inquiries are made within this timeframe for us to assist you promptly.
